Excellent work from Professor Sam Stranks’ group at Cambridge University using Epivalence’s tin dimethylamide precursor, [Sn(NMe2)4], in perovskite studies. They successfully replaced Au recombination layers with graphene oxide, achieving higher power conversion efficiency.
Epivalence’s tin dimethylamide was used to prepare CsPbI3 perovskite, resulting in increased crystallinity when grown with graphene oxide. The device architecture improved stability, with a champion device efficiency of 23.4%. This is partly due to the exceptional purity of the tin dimethylamide supplied by Epivalence.
