Following on from our successful H2020 project investigating In-free TCO’s we have been looking to extend the range of applications for the chemicals developed.
We have worked with Nottingham University on a novel flame spray deposition technique and the results have recently been published.
Their findings are very promising and show a direct correlation for doping concentration in the solution and the deposited material. Further work is ongoing to establish the full potential of the coatings obtained.
